PTA Approved Check
Introduction:
PTA {Pakistan Telecommunication Authority}'s system is overseen and regulated by PTA, the country's regulatory authority. When a telecommunication device like cell phone is PTA approved, it means that it is compatible with a specific public telecommunication network and is authorized for broad sale. In simple words, The mobile will function that the federal government has approved.
If you want to know in detail about checking if your phone is PTA Approved, read it down below.
Why is PTA Approved Important:
Although, I do not take PTA approved to be very important, as it increases the price of the smartphones and there is no tracking option; however, it can be used to compare to a certification that the phablet you have are safe to use, or are not a stolen device.
How to Check PTA-Approved Mobile:
First, to check your mobile phone IMEI, dial *#06# from your mobile device. If you have a dual SIM mobile phone then your mobile phone will have two different IMEI numbers. When you dial *#06# from your mobile device, you will receive a 15 digit IMEI number. You can find IMEI number in mobile phone settings as well.
After that, copy or write down the IMEI number, and then, all you have to do is to paste the IMEI code that you copied/write down and send it to 8484. This will initiate the process of PTA mobile registration online, according to PTA regulations. Well down, you have got your prove whether the phablet you have is approved by PTA or not.
